The Restaurant
Open from 6:30 am to 8:30 pm, Motu Iti's Restaurant offers a rich menu
of fresh and delicious products, and can host up to 60 guests per service,
on the shady deck, over the lagoon.
All day long, pizzas, hamburgers and fresh catch will fill all your hungry
desires, while you will enjoy the sundeck or the lagoon bathing.
You will also enjoy our specialties, theme evenings and "Ma'a Tahiti" on sundays.

Opening at 6:00 am, the restaurant displays a plentiful american breakfast (your
choice of hot beverage, bread, butter and jam, fresh pineapple juice and fresh
fruit platter.
For the hungry, our varied menu offers raw or grilled fish, eggs and bacon.....

Pension Motu Iti is the only establishment in Moorea to offer a complete restaurant service,
from 6:30 am to 8:30 pm. The varied menu is mainly made of local products, that should satisty
all tastes, from the snack to the gourmet dinner.

Besides the menu, theme dinners are scheduled each week end, like the "Lagoon Grillades",
the "Chef Barbecue", and of course the famous "Motu Iti Ma'a Tahiti" each sunday noon.

The Ma'a Tahiti is the traditional polynesian meal, taken usually on week-ends,
with relatives and friends. Displaying fe'i bananas, raw fish, taro, sweet potatoes,
breadfruit, poe, fafa chicken or curry squid, the tahitian oven or ahima'a, large square hole
in the ground, with a floor of burning volcanic stones to cook all dishes in a steamy
closed oven is a must see. Cooked this way, the food keeps an exquisite taste.
